A red blend vinified without sulfites, fining or filtration.
Pure fermented grape juice, crisp aromas of red fruits and sour cherries with a slightly peppery finish. A rich, fresh and fruity palate with a superb well rounded tannic structure.
Once opened, the bottle can be kept refrigerated for a day without a problem.
