Les filles vinifient
#Lesfillesvinifient, roughly translated to #thegirlsmakewine, is a wink to the next generation of the Domaine, which will be entirely feminine.
The range “Les filles vinifient” is composed of four wines: Omnis orange, Nihilo, Initié and Altesse Nature. They are all entirely natural, biodynamic, vinified without fining, filtration or added sulfite. Just pure organic grape juice, fermented and bottled.
The new range features labels signed “Les filles vinifient”, created in collaboration with the artist Kim Straeler for the illustrations (@kimstraehler), and Antoine Javet for the graphics.
The girls
Yaëlle Cruchon, has a degree in agricultural engineering and a CFC in viticulture, and manages the vineyard with her sister Laura.
Margaret Cruchon-Griggs, Catherine’s wife, studied literature and marketing, and takes care of the administrative side of the estate.
Laura Cruchon, trained with a CFC in sales, which she completed with a CFC in viticulture. She supports her sister Yaëlle in the vineyard.
Catherine Cruchon-Griggs, oenological engineer, has been working at the Domaine since 2012, and will continue to take care of the winemaking at the Domaine.
